Recovery


Returns must be made within 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition at the time of purchase (with a delivery fee of 200 riyals deducted in the event of receipt).

In the event of a return, the customer will receive a refund according to the payment method within 3 days and a maximum of 10 days to the same account from which the payment was made, with the original purchase invoice being presented.


Exchange and return do not apply to the following items:


Special sizes (not common and mentioned previously)

Remove the outer plastic cover of the mattress and all products (the product must be in its original condition)

Pillows of all kinds, prayer rugs, quilts, mattress protectors, mattress pads, fillings, felt, and anything placed on top of the mattress cannot be exchanged or returned for health reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

Lack of original purchase invoice

Delivery and installation are free for the first time only in areas where Sleep Nice branches are located. Otherwise, the partner pays the delivery cost or (the shipping cost in areas not covered by Sleep Nice branches and not including installation). The mattress is also shipped in the event that it is returned to the company’s warehouses outside the delivery areas, whether for exchange, return, maintenance, or inspection.

The customer has the right to exchange or cancel his order - before receiving it - within a period not exceeding 30 days and receive a refund for the amount he paid, except for special mattress sizes and all custom sizes (beds and chairs).


Replacement, return and warranty mechanism


1- Exchange and return: Contact us by visiting the branch and bringing the original purchase invoice, or contact us via WhatsApp (customer service number) by sending the purchase invoice.

2- Warranty: Contact us via WhatsApp (customer service) by sending the purchase invoice.

3- When requesting an exchange or return from areas outside the coverage area of our branches, the customer bears the full shipping cost, even if the order is included in a free or discounted shipping offer. We would also like to point out that refusing to receive the order is considered a return process, and it results in deducting the round-trip shipping fees from the value of the refunded amount.



Dear customer, we advise you before purchasing to make sure of all your measurements (your bed, mattress, etc.), and if you have any doubts about the sizes, do not hesitate to ask for help. We will send a specialized technician to take your measurements correctly. Other than that, Sleep Nice does not bear any responsibility for an incorrect size, and verbal agreements with any sales representative are not valid. All sizes will be at your responsibility, and therefore the exchange and return policy does not apply to them.

Sleep Nice may change the terms and conditions in a manner that does not conflict with the interests of both parties.
