Warranty Policy
Mattress warranty
- 10 years warranty on mattresses (pocket spring - full foam).
- 7 years warranty on mattresses (Bonnell Spring - Connected Coils).
- Outlet mattresses come with a warranty of up to 2 years.

We also offer a "fair exchange" feature for all mattresses, subject to the following conditions:
Pocket spring (split) and full foam mattresses
- First 2 years: Free mattress replacement if body impression exceeds 3 cm of pelvic depression.
- From the third to the fifth year: Free mattress repair and return to its original condition (partial replacement), or one-time replacement for 35% of the original price.
- From 6th to 10th year: Free mattress repair or replacement once for 55% of original price.
Bonnell spring mattresses (connected coils)
- First 2 years: Free mattress replacement if body impression exceeds 3 cm of pelvic depression.
- From the third year until the end of the warranty period: Free mattress repair or one-time replacement for 50% of the original price.
Additional Policy
1. Fabric Change: The mattress fabric can be replaced with a new one for 15% of the original price (20% for the premium set).
2. Family maintenance:
Family: 5 year on-site maintenance warranty.
Electric chairs and beds: 2-year warranty for maintenance.
3. Technical Report: The technical report is the basic criterion for determining the condition of the product (repair or replacement).
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Misuse such as getting wet, tearing of fabric, improper storage, or fire.
- Moving the mattress incorrectly or placing it on an unsuitable base.
- Use the mattress on spring bases or spaced wooden bases.
- Body impression less than 3 cm.
- Not bringing the original purchase invoice.
- Mattress damage due to liquids or damage to the outer fabric.
- Using a mattress that is the wrong size for the bed base.
Important notes
It is recommended to rotate the mattress regularly (every 3 months) to distribute the impressions evenly.
Please use a mattress protector to avoid damage to the foam and protect the mattress from liquids.
All custom designed products are final sale and are not subject to exchange or return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
